2004grevous When did you join Meepcraft? Oct 12, 2014 Introduction: Hi, my name in the game is NickxGold, I'm 13, I live in California next to the nice beaches. I was born in Mexico and moved to California at the age of 1. The reason we had to move was because of a tragic disaster which occurred during my life. I’am fluently bilingual with Spanish and English. My name in real life is Nick. When I'm not online the things I like to do are dancing, swimming, soccer and participate in clubs that interact within community. In that club we pick up trash around the streets, on the beach or help elders, etc. Ive worked up to 36 hours helping the community in a week. In school I'm in very high academic math, english, and science classes.This may lead to having lots of homework, but I usually always finish it during the free times I have during class periods. Why should you be Helper? I bring Activity, Experience, Friendship, Responsibility and a Hard working attitude to the team.

Activity- I'm extremely active on Meepcraft whether on
Teamspeak, forums, or in the Meepcraft community. All my dedication and time is into this server.

Experience- I've been on this server for quite some time, I've dedicated many hours to this server whether its helping out or just having fun. For my time being staff for a little while, I know more than half of the staff and prism commands.

Friendship- I have lots of empathy for everyone. My devotion to all the players is immense even to those who have a slight dispute with me. I always try my hardest to meet someones satisfaction when I'm helping someone. I’m the one they call trustworthy, good friend and one to rely on.

Hard Worker- I'm a very hard worker always trying to do my best or achieve someones satisfaction when I'm doing a job for someone or helping them. Im definitely not weary, you may call me a over achiever when trying to get a job done. I will not depart a modreq until the job is done.

Responsibility

To be responsible you must have these 6 things, I can insure you that I have these 6 responsibilities down.

Yes, I was helper before for about 3 days. I learned from my mistake and I am ready to come back. I think i have demonstrated enough to the community that I am staff “material.” Staff is a team I really liked, I would be more than happy to join back and be better than ever. What are your weaknesses? I lack some patience, but I have been working really hard on this not just in Meepcraft but in life as well. Ok Nick im going to be honest with you....

-1 and here's why.

I've been watching what you've been saying in chat and while you do help a little bit you do not help as much as a true helper should. But you do have a lot of positives! Such as

+Being a little helpful

But there are also cons and heres some of the reasons why I can still see you as helper. But not right now

-As @HotAsianBeans said A really good helper does not get demoted in 3 days, regardless of anything.
-You are kind of immature (Granted you are 13!!!)
-I don't see you on teamspeak that much
-You used @SpongeyStar as a reference without her permission (granted she changed her mind. I accidently used leah as a ref because I thought I asked her.)
-Many people believe you reapplied too soon. Im not saying I think you did but maybe you should have waited longer

Reasons:

Over the time that I have gotten to know you its been great. One I see you in chat helping people and teaching newbs. Your also very active on like you said forums and in game. Something I really like is that your not rankest, you are about the only supreme that speaks to me on a regular basis. I find that as a huge thing in being a helper, including lower class people. I also always have a smile on my face when either talking to you or going on one of our camping trips. Finally you are very mature I have never seen you get into any arguments or bicker with someone. My favorite helper is @junelawnchair Shes friendly active and helpful and always there when you need her. I think that you would be just like her which would be great :D

Don't put people down as refs unless you ask them. Every application I post, I ask two certain people every time to be a ref. I know the answer is yes, but you always want to make sure. Other than that, I don't see anything wrong with you. I hope you've learned from your mistake, and I trust that you would be good back in the staff team.

Overall, -1.
You were pretty salty after your demotion and the fact that you refuse to tell anyone the reason (or even say 'I don't wish to go into detail' or something along those lines) tells me you're either in denial or haven't fully learned. I also haven't seen you helping and you're pretty immature for as far as I can tell.
You also tried to sell me items from a an outside game for meebles.

I didn't think you would be a good staff before and you haven't given me a reason to think otherwise, during or after your short term as staff.

edit: You kept bugging me last not about how to improve my vote. I don't think you can take criticism too well. You really need to improve your maturity.
