The rough draft of this application was a lot longer than it is now. Not all of it was nonsense, but I wanted my writing to be straight to the point. It has also been pointed out to me that my writing bounces from one subject to the other. I will remember to write things more smoothly in the future.
I appreciate all the constructive criticism thus far! I promise that I will work on my weaknesses.

This is one thing that is really misunderstood in apps. The length of the app is not as important as the content (do they give an honest introduction, do they go in-depth in what they can bring to staff? etc.). You could have a kid who joined three days ago write a huge, three-page app, but it would either be repetition of something he already said or nonsense.

I think that you match the needs for helper and could really help the server given the right boost in the right direction: message to ppl who interview an interview won't hurt, give em a go.

Also, she has shown a great deal of mature-ness in the short time I've known her on meepcraft, sometimes going out of her way to help others. Sure she bumps head with some of the staff(but let's be serious, who doesn't at one point in their meepcraft lives?). Mature, hell yeah. I've been talking with her for the past three days and have never even seen a shred of immature-ness from her.

I think that she would be a VERY good choice for staff. One she is very nice and i think that is a plus for staff. Two i have not had a single problem and/or complaint come from her and i have talked to her alot i mean alot on ts and nothing has shown me any thing negative.+1
