Bob, you are a great friend and such a helpful person! Every time I see you on Meep I see you are very helpful which is great. You are also very approachable, friendly and active on all parts of the server.

Due to my recent infrequency of activity, I cannot give an accurate account for your activity, but I know you spend a lot of time with Meep and know that you genuinely do care for the team and the server. From what other people are mentioning, it wouldn't kill you to venture to the other parts of the server, but I understand staying in a smaller number of areas because that's what it comes down to, and running a town becomes quite the job.

This is one of the most honest applications I have read in a long time. This is probably one of the best applications I have seen from you as well. I'm really glad to see you've cut it down to put what's really needed. Well done.

The one thing I'm concerned about is that you've had some tiffs here and there with a couple current staff, and I'm concerned that those will be an issue with their decision, and I'm not sure how you would act with them on the team. Just something I'm cautious of. However, I know everyone will do the mature thing and put bias aside and work together one way or another.

I've known you for more than a year and a half now, and I have to say that you are quite an amazing person. You were more than able enough to apply for staff your first and second go arounds. Seeing that you have greatly improved and grown up quite a bit since we first met, I don't see any issue with your maturity. From your age and your background, you are definitely in a good spot. I know you do goof odd with friends every now and then. When lots of people you know and like get together, it become a little bit messy with the maturity, but that's to be expected, no?

I'm an overall +1 because I know what you can do and know you can do better than you did in the past. Good luck. :)

You know what bob, I'm at a +1.
Heres how it works. You are always going to keep reapplying. You want to help and you're determined to show it. So, if you get denied, its just going to happen again where you reapply and the process continues. You messed up big in the past, but not going to lie, people in staff have messed up bigger. A lot bigger (staff know who that most recent person is). You helped almost every time I asked for a citizen who needed a town and I actually stayed in vanish to watch how you interacted with them once I dropped them off to you. Every time you were helpful and calm and directed them as a staff member would. You want to help, fine, I say get the chance to help. You will at your worst, provide a person who can do modreqs and help people. Your aptitude for projects and idea forming I have no clue about, but again, you will at worst be a kind enough person to help with modreqs.

The best part is, if you get accepted and you mess up like you did before, you will never again have an argument to become staff. That would be essentially your last chance. Thats why I'm at a +1. Your worst isn't bad and if you mess up, even you will know that staff would be forever unreachable.
