Introduction: Hey Meep! Bob here, applying for helper. I've been staff on Meepcraft twice, demoted, and banned thrice, not including once mistake ban. I’ve had quite the experience here.
I play piano, and it's one of my favorite things to do. I also play golf and I'm plan to be on my school’s indoor track team this winter. I am in the game design club at my school, and it's a pretty fun thing to do. This is what I mostly do outside of Meep.
I am an ultimate, and I love playing on Towny. I own my town in beta, Port Charles, and I'm a co-mayor of Butterland in alpha. I don't really do much in Port Charles anymore, but in Butterland I strive my hardest to help give the townspeople the best experience out of all Meep towns. I also like playing minigames, especially HG and laser. I really enjoy the amount of competition in the games, and they are really fun to me.
Why should you be Helper? I am online Meepcraft everyday for many hours, and I am not just active ingame, but on Teamspeak and forums too. I have been playing Meepcraft for well over two years now, and I have worked my way up to Ultimate. I have a lot of time to help out the players of Meepcraft, and I have the time to put all my strength into whatever task I am facing. Through my dedication, I am able to perform my job to the best of my abilities, and I am able to make sure that all the players of Meepcraft have the best experience they can get, no matter what it takes.
I am also involved. I talk a lot in global, and there I get to know most of the Meepcraft population and really get to know many people. I post a good bit on forums, and this is how I get to know people better and be involved in what's going on. I talk a lot on Teamspeak, and this is how I really get to know my fellow Meepcrafters and how I really bond with the people here. My involvement will help me as staff because the community likes staff members who are involved with them, and so by being involved I feel that I am closer to the community and favored by them. So that way they are more comfortable with having me as a staff member, and it's good for the members of Meepcraft to be comfortable with their staff members.
I have stated all these reasons on my previous applications, and since my demotion, they have all ended up in the denied section. How have I changed? In the past I have been the opposite of what a staff member should be like. Immature, impatient, rude, selfish, etc. But, I have really tried my best to move past that so that I could earn this position once more. I have said and done things that I greatly regret, but the past is in the past and I can't change that. But what I can change is what I plan to do in the future. My goal is to achieve staff once more, do my best, and help the server prosper as best as I can. I want to be the best I can be, and help out this server in great ways. I acknowledge the past, I have learned from my mistakes, and I'm looking forward.
What are your weaknesses? Immaturity- As a fourteen year old boy, I have a tendency to be immature. I love to have a good time and have fun. Sometimes, I get a little too overboard without even noticing. I have been trying my best, especially lately, to act more mature. But sometimes it just slips away. I have been able to control it so it doesn't get really out of hand, and I have learned to just leave the immaturity for somewhere other than Meepcraft. This shouldn't affect me much as staff, and I will make sure that I don't act immature while I am doing my job as a staff member.
Getting Mad- Often times I find myself getting angry at some things that happen ingame. Although it is less frequent now, it still occasionally occurs. Like for example, if I strongly disagree with something, it will irritate me to a certain extent. Also, if something happens to negatively affect me ingame, I also get a little upset. But, I have learned to just keep it to myself most, if not all, of the time, and just message a friend to let my anger out. I have it under control now, and it will barely affect me, if at all, as staff.
