-1, i think is a bit too quick, and I don't think your ready for high staff.
AS you said when you said you would help me with my refund, I don't think you would take the time to do long term problems, because you gave up on mine pretty quickly, i think you would just make it simple but not look into it fully.

Today I worked with Klitcher on a modreq concerning a considerable amount of items stolen from my storage. Together we got to the bottom of the situation and agreed on a solution. The way Klitcher worked with me (and the players who stole) showed incredible maturity and incredible intelligence. I can also tell from my experiences that Klitcher is very familiar with prism, another important trait. These two qualities tell me that Klitcher is ready for mod, despite the fact "that this application came in too soon."

I speaked with a few higher staff before I made this app, and one of the first things I said was that I have no intention of being like Phoenix, Klutch, or Castro who climbed the staff ladder in ~ @Klitch

This sounds like you consider yourself to be as good of a staff member as Klutch, Phoenix and Castro.
Over confident, brags, and I don't see this huge change everyone is talking about. -1.

Hey Klitcher, I'm definitely a +1 for you being a mod, but I think there's stuff you could work on for example: 1. do stuff outside of passively doing modreqs, pick up some projects, come up some ideas, that's a big part of being a moderator. 2. sometimes you come off rude on /g and in staff channels, I never think that's your intention, however it can (and has) read that way.

Yeah, be careful of that Klitcher, everyone has those moments when they appear rude or unpleasant but meant to be nice and helpful. Choose how you word and phrase stuff carefully.
