I once needed some legitimate help, so I filed a modreq which I rarely ever have to do, and you told me that's not what modreqs were for and closed the req. I answered many modreqs just like it when I was staff so I know it was possible. That made me a bit disappointed to be honest.
I don't know you well enough for a genuine vote but I wanted to share that with you, please understand that legitimate concerns should almost always be handled.
