Wow I saw this coming from a mile away. I honestly did. You are very immature. You are also constantly sucking up to staff. To get this position you need to actually be helping people. You can't get staff by being super nice and liking the staff members. They can see past this. I want you to help people a lot more, drop the whole sucking up to staff thing, and just be yourself :) if you want more information please start a forum conversation with me at anytime!

In all honesty, I see you being 'too nice.' You seem like you'd sugarcoat everything as a staff member and I don't see you enforcing the rules as well due to your personality. If you had to ban a close friend, could you, without bias?

I also see you sucking up a bit, as people have mentioned already.
I think that you could do the job. However, I don't feel that you can do the job to the highest potential, or as well as other appilcants.

If they had broken a rule where the punishment is ban, I would. If they were luring, duping, or hacking, I would ban them–yes. But I'm sure none of my friends would do that.

(it's also partially because I applied like 20 times before I got helper, and I really don't want her to get it instantly)

You need to be more connected with the community -1
You need to stop pampering up the staff to get an application, and you need to be more official. Like, professional. -1
From what people say you need to be more active on teamspeak. Personally when I became Helper I barely teamspeaked but I got accepted because I was so in with the community and forums. Idk if that's still possible though.

Hmm
Too be honest Zoe wouldn't be a bad Helper. She would probably take it seriously while still being fun.
The only thing is that you should prove that you can be serious and professional at times when it is needed, but still need to be fun when interacting with the community.
I change my vote to +0.1
