Much like mob heads, it is controlled by an outside plugin. When a player changes their skin, or their account is removed, removing the skin, it reflects in the plugin, and outside of our control. I would wait and see if it gets fixed, like mobheads, otherwise the best case scenario is I can give you a refund of the default refund price of heads which is 1000 each. This is the rate, as you know as ex-staff, that we refund for heads in cases of grief, theft, etc.
