Heads changed

Way back when, I bought a gamecube and 2 speaker heads, they cost me about 300k and I went to my house today and saw that they changed.
Here's a screenshot with the heads and their names, you can check them with old copies of spawn where the head shop exists.

People who bought from the head shop weren't warned/notified that the heads might change so this should be a valid refund.

What people? She said its from the admin head shop. She did pay for a particular skinned head from the headshop and there is no reason for it to have changed.

what the hell theres a admin head shop? (Still they have to be a head of a player in order for the skin to be there therefore it should be able to change) I didnt know there was admin shop and i may be wrong about the skin change.

ok. stop talkng about something you don't know about then. There is a shop that sold specifically skinned heads. the point of these heads was the skin. Onis created these heads. If the skins were changed, there the point of the head becomes useless and her money was wasted on something she didn't spend it on.

I would just like to add that multiply staff members of different ranks said that you could not get a refund for these.

that seems insane. she paid for a skinned as did many other players. the fact that she cant get a refund for something she paid for is mindblowing. Someone needs to explain why she is not entitled to a refund for something she didn't receive.
