A big weakness of mine is that I have to make everything perfect. I will go out of my way to fix anything and everything to be what I like to call, "right." Sometimes, when you have to quickly get a job/project done, I am not the best on finishing on time or, I even go on and wait until the last minute to finish something. This is a problem I run into even in real life, which is something I am trying to fix, because it might hinder my grades.

I don't see how this is a weakness? You take slower to make sure you get the job done right which is a good thing. This would be a more of a why you should be staff not a weakness.

I'm going to be a -1. I think you should wait a little longer to proof yourself to the community not just your buddies.

Listen Telinus, you're a pretty chill person. Nothing too wrong with ya, however your work as a staff member was a bit under par. Yes, you connected to the community well however you fabricated these stories that were so far fetched that a frequent topic of discussion in the Mod chats was your demotion.
Your stories of "lol my brother drew over my proof" is... yeah you know that is a terrible excuse. What brother does that? Its illogical and it was obviously you trying to avoid filing reported bans.

You also had a [probably worse than me] reaction to your demotion and ban. You were extremely against anything and everything staff for a long time. In fact, I was surprised to see this because from my limited outlook it didn't seem like you even wanted to be apart of meepcraft in general.

I think you have potential however you need to mature a lot.

Telinus, I'm gonna go for a +1, now you may find this shocking but here is my reasoning behind it.
Your app was mediocre at best but that's all right, your trolls are so weak they don't even feel like trolling, I don't see why people are flaming you for them, besides, if you get accepted, I have a really good chance of getting mod myself, despite the fact that I have a long ban history and all I do on the server is /shout dicing 50k and the occasional trying to convert LoL players to DotA.
All in all, still better than Tapout

Ok so i have a few things.

Application: ehhh, it was decent, it could've been better. It was lacking a few things. It needs to be INTERESTING! I was bored while reading it, thats not a good sign.

InGame: I have no clue what you're like on the server, or how you treat the community. So i can't judge you on this.

Age/Maturity: Now i know this is aggravating, but you're only 13! I know what its like in your position, trust me. I applied for staff over and over again when i was 12-13 and truth be told i wasn't ready, i may have not known it at that time but its the truth. People point out your age for a reason. Although you seem more capable of this position then most other 13 year olds i don't think you're quite ready yet.

My Advice: As a long time meepcrafter i know how this stuff works. Taking on a role of the staff team is a big time consumer, its more work than you think. Its a serious commitment, and commitments are hard at your age, trust me. TAKE ADVICE FROM EVERYONE. Thats big. If you don't get it this time keep your head up, Learn from your mistakes, always keep moving forward, because eventually you"ll get there.

I'll give you -0.5 Im interested to see how staff handles this. Best of luck to you!

Im gonna disagree. Age doesn't really matter unless your 7-8. If you can show you can be mature, and good for staff you can be 13.
Keep in mind one person was staff when they were 10! So age isn't a huge issue. I agree that telinus is not yet ready for staff.
