If that is your main reason for applying, then you shouldn't be staff. You want to be staff because you are willing to devote your time and effort into the server.

You are extremely immature and not helpful, either in-game or on forums. You have the conduct of a wild animal and the attitude to match, and your signature literally is a poke at the staff, if you haven't noticed.

Also, you do not apply because the is a need for staff members. You apply to help the server and to make it a better place. -1 from me.

Thanks for the reply Bob. I am just a little confused by your first sentence. For example: Businesses do not hire if they do not need to. Of course, they will put up "Hiring" signs. Pretend like this is a business, and that the auto message in game "Apply for staff at meepcraft.com" is that hiring sign. 8)

Im going to have to go with a -1. The part where you said quantity was more important than quality lost me. We are in need of good, quality staff members who are fully competent to fill the part and I just don't think you're ready yet. You are a good guy but there is always room to improve. I don't see you helping players much in shout and that is a crucial trait for staff. If I saw honest improvement in this area and other minute ones I would change my vote but for now it stands. Your app was alright, but I would like to know more about yourself. You may not want to tell us where you live, but you could at least tell us a bit more about your personality. A staff member should be open and ready to help.
