Everyone is talking about how if we ban gambling here, then we should ban it from the rest of the world, and that is not relevant. Since Meepcraft is PG, and the world is obviously not, your analogies and logic make no sense.

That said, I think dicing does have a negative effect on Meepcraft, just because of the bad behaviour it instills. Rage quitting, losing money, gambling, and getting scammed are on this list. All of this can lead to arguments.

However, I understand it's a nice way to earn a lot of easy money, but I feel the negative effects far outweigh the qualities.

I personally argued to remove dicing, but only because of the rash of scamming we had seen for a period of time. However, since this is no longer really a major issue, then no harm done. Aside from the other cons, meh, we're not here to be parents and send good moral lessons to children. We're a game that offers entertaining things to do, the lessons are left up to the parents.

These kinds of threads man... why issue to remove something that has no negative impact on you whatsoever, if you aren't dicing fine, ignore it and move on, dicing is probably the most fun aspect of meepcraft since I got to use the /smite command, that rush you get when you win a million meebles, I'm sure people know what I'm saying, so -1

You can't base this argument on scamming, almost everything in this game can involve some form of scamming.

No but you could certainly base an argument on the concept that if you give a kid a toy, and he's using it to hit other people with it, you take it away. ;)

Tbh, I don't know how to dice! XD I don't really see the point of it anyway. I know what goes on when someone dices, but there are many ways to gamble that are easy to understand that don't involve dicing. I also understand that people make a lot of money off of this so if they were to get rid of this plugin, I would recommend that they put in a new plugin to replace it that doesn't involve dicing! Gl

Make dicing available after like 3 months of playing on Meep. Most noobs don't know how to do it, and it is best that they don't know how to do it. Only experienced players who can make money should be doing it.
