I will give you a +.9 because I find you mature and able to carry out your duties efficiently and effectively.

The only reason that you do not have my full vote is that you are not completely familiar with all of the staff commands and aspects of meepcraft

Bob. You have been a wonderful friend to me and so many others. You are constantly proving your dedication to the server through your work as a Helper and your general friendliness towards nearly everyone in the community. I am thoroughly impressed by you every time I see you in game, as well as your incredible ethic on the forums. I have to admit, having experienced some of your immaturity firsthand, I was a little worried about what would happen with you as a staff member. I had my doubts about how you would act, but you cleared those away in a heartbeat.

To start I would like to say thank you for posting this but there are some area's of concern. First, in your strengths section you said "learned everything there really is to be helper", which I do not believe to be true. From my knowledge you have not learned or use the time stamp command for hawkeye which shows to me that the cases you have been handling haven't been challenging enough for you. This leads to the modreq number that you showcase repeatedly. From my personal experience a modreq number means that you have doing your job. It does not show me that you have a great work ethic because it is simply what you should be doing. The thing that I believe would show work ethic is the cases that you deal with where you don't public validation. Since I personally don't work with you too often I would have no record of that, but I would still like to see you mentioning some cases instead of just . This leads to your section on performance where you mention the modreq number again. As I have said before this number does not show characteristics of you or how you will act in a moderator position. That being said, I would have liked for you to include more example of cases that you have dealt with so that I could look into your performance. Overall I would have ot say -1 because you have learned all the commands to use hawkeye, you seemed focused on a modreq number ,not the people you are helping, and certain events within staff groups has lead me to distrust your motives.

I wanted to start out with honesty. When you applied for helper, I seen you as a hot-headed, immature little player. I didn't think you would ever do well as staff... I was VERY wrong. From your interview, I knew I had had the most ridiculously wrong impression of you from the start. You are smart, eager to learn, a SUPER fast learner, and are probably one of the friendliest people I have met in a while (outside of one or two others). You have proven me wrong from day one. I am nothing less than impressed with your work as staff so far. I don't think you deserve anything less than a chance at Mod. Good Luck, bud!
