My suggustion on ranks:

Mayor : Unchanged.
Co-Mayor: I like the change!
Head-Assistant: Same perms as assistant but have bank and /t unclaim
Assistant: Unchanged.
Recuriter: I like the Change!

I really do like the co-mayor idea. If I get unbanned, i'm gonna have to check it out for myself. Although I would agree with the suggestions. Please remove adding mayors or withdrawing money$$$$

Oh fuzzlr, the idea for Real Estate Agent was a good one (/plot forsale and /plot notforsale). :) Could be given along with Recruiter if people want a lower ranked person to have more powers.

I think Co-Mayor and Head-Assistant is good. I've heard Real Estate Agent, why would you need that? you can already claim plots and unclaim.

It's for people to set plots for sale and not for sale, without the ability to /t claim or have automatic perms on unowned plots, or the ability to add people to the town (unless they are also a Recruiter)... in chat, this was suggested for Recruiter, but some people (like me) said that would give them too much power.

I also like the Builder rank and can see how that will be helpful. :) They can both place blocks and destroy, right? But nothing else.

Make a rank that is the Council Member rank.
They have all of the same permissions of a mayor, with the ability to kick players (But not the mayor or co-mayor) and have access that only they can get into a plot called townhall. Only the mayor can do /t set townhall. They also have the ability to kick recruiters and assistants from the town! But not vise versa!

Very true. Another suggestion to Fuzzlr: Allow builders to be able to destroy. They are the builders of the town. When building, many people make mistakes and it's annoying not being able to correct those mistakes.

This isnt always the case. One day, your co-mayor can withdraw money despite not knowing the balance because they would need the money to do something, and then your town goes belly-up. It can definately happen with all these shop nerfs preventing people to make a whole lot of money...
