Removing the Virtual shop will have a negative impact on the overall experience and enjoyable time spent on Meep. The Virtual shop was one of the major things that attracted me to Meep when I first began, in late summer of last year. The entire point of the Virtual shop was to have a free growing and decreasing item economy. A free market economy is driven by individual innovation and the notion that hard work and ingenuity will be rewarded by success. In the free market system, a successful business makes a consistent profit in a field of competitors because they have lower prices then there competitors or are able to put more items on the market therefore leading to their product being bought more. The concept of competition is an important component of a free market system. The free market system determines the winners and losers in each industry based on the demands of the consumers. Now Fuzzlr, you have decided to take away the unique and attractive experience that kept me coming back day after day in my first few days of Meep, which lead me to donate to the Meepcraft server to receive my VIP rank. I have sold over four VIP ranks and donated a total of $50 USD dollars to the server. But as I see Meep becoming a more controlled and tuned to your liking server, I am not sure if I want to spend money that I have earned, on something that does not compel me to donate. I have seen that the leaders of this server continue to take away the attractions of the server, and the game elements the make it worth it to spends hours on this server. And as I see the the staff continue to ignore the negativity revolving around the removal of the Vshop, why should I continue to put my money into something that is taking away game elements that made it worth it for me to play.
