Bug: My zombies keep dissapering as soon as I turn them to villagers
Time/Date of Report: 6/19/14, 3- 3:30 PM CST,
Steps to reproduce: Find a zombie villager, I was using the spawners to get them. throw a weakness splash pot at it and feed the golden apple. Wait awhile until you get really bored, and then get highly irritated when the mob despawns. my first 2 tries works, and last one did.
Evidence: Screenies, before and after mr zombie went bye bye.

 

I believe this may be as result that healing villagers is treated the same as spawning them with eggs. You have to keep them a safe distance away from the already healed ones so they don't disappear this also happened to me. So maybe just try to move your already healed ones away and then try again.
