why you were banned? xray
Why we should consider your appeal: i didnt use xray i dont even have any hacks , it was my friend who use it
Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: me and my friend were mining and he use xray

 

I have a better way to get money, and I have Elite and 700k , why I have to use xray?

and I don't want lose all my stuff because of that

i didnt know that , if i kow that i will surely dont mine with him

will my money get wiped?

 

If you drive your friend to the bank, and he robs it. You go to jail too.

You should have:
1.Reported your friend to us to scare him.
2. Not mined the tunnels with him xraying.

I dont see how you thought it would be OK to go mining with someone doing the crime.

Mining with friends is not illegal. however it seems that every hole your friend dug was right to a spawner. Ironically, you took the spawners, as if that would make you not guilty of abusing the client.

Im not trying to put you down, I just dont believe your story about not knowing. Anyone who mines with someone using xray, knows. Unless youre blind.

he cant use xray in this sever he said he use other hack idk what it is , but i know i dont have any hacks on me

1st you say your friend used X-ray now you are saying he using dif hacks?
This Story doesn't add up.

You are part of the crime. You were there while he was digging and you didn't question how he knew where to go?

 

I told this to my friend, so he told me that I am also considering using xray because I used my friend as a xray tool. Then I realized that I was considering using xray. This is my first time ban, and I have learned lesson from my friend and from this ban. I promise that I will never touch xray and mining with a friend using xray, and next time I will report him.

This appeal is Denied, you need to understand that hanging with an xrayer is pretty much you x-raying also.
