Accepted wwaffles0 ban appeal

So on the main chat, someone shouted, "That's what I did to your mom last night(a little more vulgar)." He got kicked and came back on saying, "What's up with these rules?" I responded childishly thinking I might be kicked for a laugh so I responded, "Your moms up with the rules." He started laughing and other people were as well. Shortly after I get banned for 3 days for "Sexual Content." Nothing in my statement was sexual, it would technically be harassment, it was him who said the sexual content because he was the one insinuating he had sex with some persons mother. I will refrain from "your mom" jokes in the future.

I forgot the name of the person who said the original joke. Also I have been seeing other people using these forms of jokes with no punishment so I subconsciously assumed they weren't an issue. This was the first time I spoke up in a while didn't even know what was going on and just thought it would be funny. I meant no harm in the comment.

This was my first offence and I don't feel a 3 day ban is fair. I feel the ban should be at least changed to harassment, nothing sexual was in my comment.
