Denied Wrongfully Banned

I am 22ACEHIGH22 I am reporting that I should not have been banned because it said i was banned for excessive use of inappropriate language and harassment. First I said one word and it was ****** (ps seen much worse and still no ban) second I was asking for help from staff and another player started hating on me and I didn't appreciate it so I told him to back off. Then thats when I told him to "screw off ******". As u can tell that is not "excessive" use of inappropriate language seem as how it was one word, and I wasn't harassing anyone but I was being harassed. I got banned for three days and I would like it undone. If you can thank you.
