Denied Why was i banned?

I went for a holiday my cousin came to my house and played Meepcraft And asked in chat is it ok for Ads and he said yes
so my cousin
Did ads and got banned when i got back i saw Devilspawn123 ban me Rosscoombs appeal reason:Ads And i was like what the
Hell i didn't do this so then i asked my cousin if she done it She said no
Then She finally admitted that she did do it and i was Like Why did you do ads and she said a guy said you can
Then i went like no you can get permed for That And then i said to my Cousin Next time ask
me if you can do this or not Or i Will not let you play on server Ips i find out

Hi, though I am not directly involved in this case and I am no longer a moderator of this server I do know a good bit about this subject.

All in all your account is your responsibility. It doesn't matter if someone else said they could do it or not, the rules should be known by all players. Meepcraft does not tolerate account sharing, anything your "cousin" does (Because they were on your account) is your problem.

A few suggestions I would make: make your appeal more formal and actually put some effort in it, change your password to make sure your cousin cannot get on your account, and be prepared for this to be denied. It may be accepted I really don't know, but prepare for the worst. Be ready to appeal again (If it is denied) in a few weeks-month (Depends on what the moderators suggest to you), be respectful and nice through this whole deal and I have no doubt you will be back on Meepcraft in no time.

As you know we take people advertising on the server extremely seriously and at the same time we do not account for multiple people using the same account so the punish will stay for now. I hope that while you are rewriting your ban appeal you take a look at the current set of rules.
