I was mineing and then I got temp banned by quaddy it said glich exploration.

You've used another x-ray glitch aswell.
Can you explain how that's associated to a minecart system.

Redstone powers rails and it makes the cart go

 

Quite strange that u used normal rails(they don't need the power of a redstone block) and redstone blocks.
And let those just be 2 glitch exploits.

 

The redstone needs to be under for it to work. The way you did it wouldn't have worked, but was only a a way to exploit. Care to explain?
