I have never rank scammed, not now not in the past. Please check my ban history, it will confirm I have never been banned for it.

 

Can you explain why Diamondowner56 transferred gold to you THREE times, all being right after he rank scammed someone.

Also for clarification, you were issued a ban for rank scamming when Diamondowner was banned the first time for it as well. However Cooleysworld banned you for something else, overwriting the first ban for rank scam.

 

Okay. My brother is currently asleep (8am my time). When he gets up I will ask him if that gold was from the scam, and if it was I will happily pay every last cent back. Please be patient, however should only be an hour.

Right I have asked my brother, and he has told me that the gold he gave because he was quitting meep was in fact, from the scam...
What happens now?
He has also admitted that the first bunches of gold was also from two scams. (levidj1 & noobslayer543 I believe)
Half of the amounts of money, of levidj and noobslayer I gave to printer56.
I now see why I am banned. I would gladly be unbanned and pay back half of what was stolen from levidj1 & noobslayer543 (ask @printer56 for the other half), and also the full amount of what was stolen from CraftingChicken. However, now I also understand why I am banned, and if you want to keep me banned, I fully understand. But could you at least change the ban to something else? Because Diamondowner56 is not my alt so therefore could it please not be 'scam through alt'? I will also gladly right full apologies to the 3 victims. My deepest apologies.

 

Ok, so he gave you money because he was going to quit, then comes back 2 weeks later, gets another massive sum of money and decides to quit again, giving it to you? Did he only decide to quit once, or twice? More importantly, you didn't question where your brother gets such massive sums of money? If he's your brother wouldn't you know he's banned for rank scamming? Which throws the 2nd transfer into serious question if I were you.

I can agree you may not be alts, but that would make you an accomplice. Also can you answer why the most recent gold transfer was in a hidden chest you put wood over?

 

To answer your question;
I never in any way wanted to try to make it 'secret' or 'hidden' I was just happily sitting there playing meep when he walked into my room and said "go to my house in CrownA" I did, and then he pointed to the corner of his house, and said "destroy that wood. You're welcome." He walked off, and I did. And what I found... phew. I was shaking. I immediately rushed to sell the gold, and looking back, I never even questioned where he got it from. Thats what greed does to you.

To answer your other questions;
1)He decided to quit once, which was after the gold in the floor scam. When I told him I hadn't seen him on for a couple of days, and he told me he had quit.

3) I actually didn't know he was banned for rank scamming until I asked him about the gold just 15 minutes ago.
4) As I said, at the time I was too greedy, with loans to pay off, that I just took the gold.

Helpers cannot decide ban appeals, and I'm not one anyway. However, because you insist on being so ignorant, I will try to convince someone to deny this appeal, I doubt this server wants rank scammers such as yourself, and your brother.

Here is the problem, n00bslayer. You had gold from the scam dropped to you. Meaning you picked it up. Meaning you were online. Meaning you knew about it. Any player would know to question where a large sum of money or large sum of gold came from. You received the gold both from the chest and the drop. Your history isn't supportive of your "innocent" play.

Along with this, your attitude in this appeal alone is enough to make me not want to even try. You are lucky that we took the time to look at the possibilities of you being unbanned. Next time maybe try a small portion of courtesy to someone who is involved in your appeal process.
