Why we should consider your appeal: This was a huge misunderstanding between myself and some of my friends so sorry!

I myself have lent my account to several friends over the years and had several bad encounters in which consequences were very prominent. In this case my friend had obtained my account (from myself) at about June of 2013 when he got it he played single player mostly and I forgot about him having the account and until now a couple of days ago he took my laptop (school laptop I let him use it all the time) and I was never informed of his activity on this account over the course in which however long this grief occurred. I told him when I knew he was using it to not say anything drastic or do anything to get me banned but of course that obviously didn't happen in this case. Since this incident I have talked to my friend about his actions concerning this dilemma in which he took my laptop and used it and I was banned he said he was extremely sorry for his unjust actions and apologized to me. Although he may have apologized to me that doesn't make up for what he did. The actions made by "unbrocken" were unacceptable and totally uncalled for, from the depths of my heart I say sorry.... And this isn't a joke I really do mean it I have uninstalled "unbrocken" Minecraft account from my friends computer and my school computer since then I made him pay me for the account and damage basically (he paid me 20 dollars because of what he had done). Once again I give my thanks to the staff for stopping his theft before it got any worse and my friend also says sorry if that means anything. Thank you for your time concerning this matter. And of course as a 14 year old I should have known better than to lend my account out. I take full responsibility for his actions and my account it will never happen again. I also have to add a shout out to NotchBeard this was entirely my friends fault but there was no security on unclaimed plots so he went ahead and helped himself. There also was another incedent in which my freind abused my account which Notchbeard can vouch for. One day I got on and was prancing about through town when I came to the spleef arena and guess what, a giant staircase was carved right into the wall from someone so I immediately contacted NotchBeard (he was tylerwest2001 at the time) and he came along and used his mod powers and discovered it was myself. I, shocked in disbelief contacted my friend who had previously borrowed this account from me, and asked him what he was doing on my account and told me this, I had fallen into a cave then proceeded to follow it until he reached the spleef arena underground, I pulled out a pick and mined my way out.

I also have to add that my friend said that you were at the enderman spawner place? When he was told He had to be elite and up to sell spawners.
