Hi, so i'm not exactly sure what is going on here, i'd donated for supreme from elite and was just playing as normal and my minecraft screen turned to that dirt load screen thing it does. so initially i thought brilliant, i've crashed or the server went down or something. but then i was slapped in the face with a message saying i've been banned by console for an initial chargeback on delivered goods. now i'm not 100% sure as to what this is or how it happens but after researching it a bit i've got some insight. i'm not exactly sure as to how it happened or why. there wasn't a reason for it and i hadn't authorised this. i had however stupidly might i say fallen into the trap of providing my details to this spoof address. just a quick edit, this is the actual email that got me "Paypal ([email protected])"
i immediately realised and changed all my paypal info to secure something like this didn't happen.
i'm not sure why they would chargeback rather than just using whatever little money i had left but i'm not them so i don't know.
is there any way to fix this? any information i could get would be brilliant and very helpful.
i hope i can be unbanned soon as i was really getting into playing. also not sure if this matters or not buy i've donated for vip, premium, exclusive and elite in the past and never had any problems like this.

Unfortunatly a changeback costs the server 20 dollar. that needs to be payed before you can get unbanned :c sorry.
I recommend talking to a staff if you bought a rank or something from a seller in-game.

 

ah man that sucks, i can't afford the $20. the donation for the rank was the last of the money i had left saved up. i just don't understand how this happened, is there no way of getting all the money back to the server?

 

We can raise money for a rank seller to buy the rank for you in game.

 

aww really? would you guys do that? that would be sooo amazing. i wouldn't be able to repay you all right away though. i don't have loads of money in game or obviously the irl money.

i've managed to find the chargeback and i went to cancel the claim but was given a message saying the action was not valid so i've emailed and facebooked paypal to get them to cancel it and in 20 minutes when i can i'll ring and try to get it closed ASAP

if anyone can get into contact with admins or the owner could you please? just at this time i'm sick of waiting around and it seems more logical to move to another server and take my business there. after spending $100's and enjoying the server i would have liked to stay but the staff don't seem to be active or perhaps not enough of them to handle everyones problems

hey what exactly is a chargeback

 

well on paypal if you didn't authorise a payment or you didn't get the product they will open a dispute to charge back the money from whom ever you payed it to and give it back to you. so it's like a refund sort of thing. but it normally takes 8 days or longer depending on how it goes as far as i've read
