Why we should consider your appeal:
I never admitted to using x-ray. NewZealandMaori said his texture pack was causing him lag and I said "yeah x-ray texture pack always gives me lag, but it's definitely worth it." I did not ever say I currently was using or ever used x-ray on the sever. I only stated that it gave me lag. Also, I was joking. I use a mod loader and can only load three mods before my game crashes. I already have Optifine, Zan's minimap, and Nodus loaded so I have no room for an x-ray texture pack. If you look at my balance in game, I only have about $300k. All of this money has come from selling spawners, not from mining with an x-ray texture pack. In fact, I have never once gone mining on the server. Please demote lamedemond2 for this egregious overstep in power. He is blinded by his personal vendetta against me and does not make professional and ration decisions when they are about me. I expect a full $8 million refund for the time spent banned that could have been spent selling spawners. I also expect a full written apology faxed to me and a different copy faxed to my lawyer.

First of all, you were banned by me, not flamedemond2.
I noticed that in your appeal you mentioned the following:

I will allow someone higher up than myself to decide what to do with your appeal.

What is the problem with my mentioning that? Those mods are not on the list of disallowed mods in the rules. You should be familiar with the rules.

This appeal is denied. There is no player or staff member by the name "lamedemond" on this server. Being ignorant does not get you far I assure you. I have not looked at anything else to do with this appeal and will not until the ignorance is corrected on a new appeal.
