Why were you banned? Abuse/toxicity (Spamming false ban appeals).

Why we should consider your appeal: Alright, let's get straight to it; I would like to appeal my ban.

First off, I would like to say that originally, I was not planning to appeal this ban. Quite frankly, I deserve this ban, and what's the point of appealing a ban that I agree that I deserve? However, I've had a change of mind; I have decided to appeal this, but only under the premise of asking for a second chance, and not denying that by ban was just. While I know that it would be hard to get a second chance after something like this, it doesn't hurt to try.

Secondly, I am fully aware that what I did was an idiotic thing to do. There's know need to tell me that what I did was wrong, that we can't have people getting away with stuff like this, that it wastes the staff members' time, etc., because I am aware of all of that.

Thirdly, I would like to talk about what exactly happened. I will admit that I have a sweet tooth for trolling, which is what sparked this. When I realized that this bot, named "Ban Appeal", was abusable in this way, I couldn't resist trying it (Again, I am aware that this was an idiotic thing to do). I got a little annoyed that my troll appears were being deleted so quickly, and I was frustrated with the fact that accepted/denied ban appeals had recently been made private, which helped cause me to get out of hand with it. I began spamming the appeals, more and more (Again, I admit that this was a really stupid thing to do, so there's no need to tell me again).

Fourth, I would like to clarify that while it might appear differently, I do not actually want to cause harm to the server. I was a very active member, and have been here for over three years, so my purpose of spending time on the server was obviously not to cause harm. On top of this, if I actually did want to cause harm, I would have done something else, and not what I did. I know that what I did caused harm, mainly since it wasted so much of the staff's time, but, like I have said, I realize that what I did was idiotic, and I definitely do not intend to do anything else like it. I am fully aware that the "Ban Appeal" bot has been back for quite a while, and if I had really wanted to continue trolling and causing harm in this way, I could very well have done it, so the fact that I haven't is evidence that I'm not lying about this.

Fifth, and finally, I want to clarify that what I'm asking for is a second chance. I'm not, by any means, saying that my ban appeal was wrong, because it wasn't. Like I've said, what I did was incredibly stupid, and I deserved the ban. However, I'm also not attempting to get pity. I'm not saying that since I regret doing what I did, everyone should take pity on me and unban me; that would be detrimental to unban players just out of pity. What I'm doing, is simply saying that I realize that I made a stupid mistake, that I apologize for it, and that I would like to appeal for a second chance.

Your many threads were an extreme nuisance to the team, with you going through much of the alphabet, using drug and sexual references, and being amazingly immature throughout it all. I issued the forum ban, and KlutchDecals issued the ingame ban. Why do you want a second chance if your sole intention was to harass staff with your general annoyance?

 

You need to let this ban sit for awhile and learn your lesson. I was the one who was deleting the appeals you spammed, It ended up wasting my time with useless posts.

That's exactly why I want a second chance. If my intentions were good ones, I would be here complaining that my ban was unjust, and not asking for a second chance; however, I'm not doing that, because I know that my intentions were bad ones. My intentions have obviously changed, and I'm simply here asking for a second chance, because I know that what I did was an idiotic thing to do.

(Also, my sole intention was not to harass staff with my general annoyance; my intention was mainly to troll. I realize that trolling is also not a good intention, but I still want to clarify this.)

I see what you're saying; however, I'm here apologizing and asking for a second chance, and I have not done anything else to troll since I've been banned, so obviously, I've already learned my lesson. Since I've already learned my lesson, keeping me banned doesn't teach me any more of a lesson.

 

This appeal is Denied, After talking with the other Super-mods about this Ban appeal.. We have decided to Deny this time around due to not much time passing after the ban.
