Bug: stuck in the void

Summary of Bug: this started happening after fuzzlr's scheduled maintenance last night and had been happening on and off for a while.

when i try to log into the server, sometimes it takes me straight to gamma, where i was last (this is expected). however, sometimes it either shows me a "disconnected: the server is currently under maintenance" or just logs me on straight into the void (http://imgur.com/ABJ7p9j).

Additional information: i understand that after a server update or host transfer things are buggy, but i just want to play the game. either the server is down for maintenance, or its not, but i don't like getting kicked off every 5 min...</rant>

on the plus side, i now actually have a good reason to get something productive done with my summer
