Accepted Steelduke shouldnt be banned

I need clarification for my ban please. Deinen0 pls explain this more. I originaly i had this thing that was called "A SCAMMER" i fixed this problem and then asked deinen0 if this is fixed. Deinen0 said yes (*people see the sign and it clearly showed what the deal was, NOTHING illegal.) Deinen then said i can use it now.I put up signs says this a donation no refunds. I used it exaclty of how she approved it and then someone with 750k bought it and wasted 750k on a donation to me. Rember i said this is legal and said no refunds. I get cast (helper) saying refund this becuase this illegal. Wtf?!!! I refused to refund unless deinen0 told me to becuase he said it was legal (i do belive quaddy helped him?) i had it facing toward the people plus i had a hole so u could walk behind the sign. so please tell me why i got banned.

i just got exlusive before i login then i try loging in and im banned i really want to be unbanned becuase i JUST bought exlusive. :-/

 

You are correct, the contraption as was was then indeed legal. However, you then paid people 50k so they can hit the chest, that is the current issue, can you explain this? You certainly didn't say, "I'll pay you 50k to hit the chest-sign to lose your money", did you?

Ok they came to lose thier money am i right? Now i said in "/g click the sign to lose all your money at /pwarp fuzz Win a prize"

I tell them indivually what the prize is if they click the sign. They have to refer to why they came here. i have NEVER used this pwarp before and i just made it. So therefor they came to click the sign to lose all your money. I gave prizes for the biggest buyers. I had a sign for that.

they click the sign at free will. Its the same when they click they get sticks. Instead they get sticks and money.

While you certainly began skirting the edge with your actions, and I think all of us came to the conclusion that this is very shady, acceptable, and will warrant a sweeping change to how chest-shops are operated. However, I also believe I personally jumped the gun on the ban, in this situation. For this I sincerely apologize, however I am confident that you can chalk it up to karma. Trying to trick people out of their money came around to bite you as well.

We will be monitoring you, and your chest-shop, but this ban appeal is accepted.
