Stacking Mob Heads

So when I get a head from a mob, I put it in my mob chest and it doesn't stack with the other stacks. For example, if I have 54 spider heads in my chest and I get one from the wild, I put it in my chest with the 54 spider heads and it doesn't stack. The only way I get it to stack is to put all of the spider heads down and break all of them to stack. This only happens with rare mob heads such as slime, bat, pig, sheep... It doesn't happen to zombie, skeleton or creeper heads, from what I've seen. I don't know if this is a Minecraft glitch or a Meepcraft glitch.

 

This is due to the plugin. Default minecraft heads only include: player/zombie/creeper/skeleton/wither skeleton heads. These heads should be working properly. But the rest which are handled by a plugin is iffy.
