Why we should consider appeal: I was stolen from and simply went through everyone that was on my friends list and picked the least likely (since that's normially my luck) and found he had none of it. But, his friend had all of it and the one who stole from me (DJjda) had simply forgotten that the one who he framed didn't have me as a friend. So all I did was go through his chest (the one that was framed) and took back MY stuff that DJjda stole from ME and took it back. Simply unbelievable that I was banned...and PROVED IT to a mod that I was stolen from.

 

Oh and also, if MY stuff was returned to the theif...it WILL be taken back by me or the mayor, or if nessicary, an admin.

 

Taking back items you think are yours is in itself illegal (theft). How are we to know what is going on?You are taking things into your own hands and not letting the staff do their job. The only thing you should have done was file a modreq. That being said, I will have someone investigate this matter.

 

I am reviewing and investigating into this as a request from Diana.

Hello, I have been trying to get back to you for days, but my forums were a little messed up with the settings.

Anyways, after looking into this for hours and hours, sifting through all of those chests, I found no evidence of DJjda taking those items that you took from him. I looked through the plots that were presumably yours at the time, and did a full scan to see if anything happened, and nothing did.

However, those plots are no longer owned by you as the town did fall and has recently been taken over by someone else, so I did find transactions of those people going through those chests after the town had already fallen.

 

Okay, so basically I have come up with a well... arrangement, since all of the items either way are no longer in my or DJjda's chests and are not rightfully ours now, I find that (if he is banned) we can both be unbanned due to the fact there is no items to be "declaired stolen" since they are no longer ours.

 

Based on the evidence, this is denied.
