Denied SpeedyGrapes Ban Appeal

When you were banned:August 20,2014(Yesterday).
Reason:"KitPVP Hacking".
Ban Length:7 days.

Why we should consider your appeal:
You should consider my appeal because i wasn't "Hacking" using "Kill Aura" i am not "Flying" and the other things that ohDraqq accused me off.Here is the link to it-http://meepcraft.com/threads/speedy-hacks.31715/#post-329678

Now ill be explaining what is happening in each of the videos that ohDraqq posted.

1st Video He thought that i was "hacking" because of the critical hits but no as you can clearly see in the video that i was jumping which of would meant that i can deal critical hits to anyone that im hitting.

2nd Video Now ohDraqq would of accused me of "Kill Aura" but i wasn't as you can see that he lagged a bit when he was in the battle plus there was 3 other people there trying to kill me because i have weak armour one of those 3 people could of hit ohDraqq when i was about 4 blocks away from him.

3rd Video Now he would of accused me of "flying" because i was up in the air he said it's not "lag" but it is as you can see in the video i went from the same level and then went down a block because of the the terrain i went down a block because of the terrain i would of stayed on the same level the whole time if i wasn't going towards the middle so this mean's that it was LAG not Flying.

4th Video Now he probably thought i was using "Anti-KB" but i wasnt if you watch closely i got knock backed by the arrow he shot at me then after that i was aiming for him because i knew he was weak so i didnt stop clicking till i killed him and the KitPVP server wasn't lag free the server was laggy yesterday.As you can see in the end video before i killed him he was lagging.

Now in the screenshot's of ohDraqq my sensitivity is really fast and in the screenshot's he said i was hitting CreepyExplotion without even facing him this was probably lag this would of caused me not facing in his screen but in my screen i was definetely facing him.This all im gonna for accusing me of this things that i would never ever in my life would do i dont even know any hacking programe's that hacker's use because i am not a hacker.

 

The amount of crap in this is funny, Don't blame it on lag..The server wasn't lagging at all at that point. The proof was obvious.

1st Video - Who cares if you were jumping? Jumping doesn't make you lock onto multiple people at once without facing them.

3rd Video - You never decreased your height when you first stepped of the block, http://prntscr.com/4f0rs3 You were a couple of blocks in front before you decreased down.

4th Video - Not taking any knock back from my bow, Again, You were locking onto multiple people at once.

Also, Multiple people were calling you out for hacks, not just me.

 

Just because multiple people called me out for hacks doesn't mean that im a hacker.Plus we have diffrent perspective in my screen i was on the floor when you saw up in the air and i was facing everyone while im hitting them so you just be quite about hacking because im not if you want me to prove it to you ill be happy to do anything to prove you wrong!

 

I'm not going to be quiet, on a ban appeal about hacking. I have already proved you about your hacks..

 

I will prove you wrong about me hacking and the screenshot you made about me hitting you while hitting another player is wrong someone could of easily hit you from behind.

Plus i watched the video carefully i wasnt even hitting multiple people at once.

He is using a bow not a sword.I'm not gonna talk to you anymore im just gonna leave you alone and come back when you have noticed you were wrong.

Sorry to post here but I don't think it's hacks... It's called meep lag, and a pvper that pvps on other servers.

Your "proof" didn't look like you were hacking though, his proof does. You can't blame lag on that, there was no lag in kit at the time.

 

Watch the video at 0.25 speed. You'll notice that the first hit that draqq hits you with the bow has no kb effect. Not only that, but everything that hits you doesnt seem to have the kb effect (first hit is just the most evident as you arent on fire yet). Therefore, anti kb. Other then that, there are no signs of hacking as far as I can tell. However, the use of any single hack is still enough for a ban. Denied.
