Why we should consider your appeal:
I bought an alt from Jojopants named davedog222. I added this alt to my town as co-mayor. Once i was scammed and jojo changed the password using the email, i met the new owner of davedog222 we talked (i was on minechat) i told him how jojopants was a scammer, before we started talking i kicked him from the town. Davedog222 owned no plots in this town all he had to do if he really wanted in the town was to do /t join minerva.

 

What you told me is that the scamming was already resolved because Jojopants gave you all the money back. You also made davedog your co-mayor. Obviously that's a high position and davedog was not owned by you at the time you kicked him. Even if davedog was owned by you when you gave him the rank, by the point where you kicked him (two days later) it would be back in the hands of someone else. You didn't have to completely remove him from the town, just take of the rank. If ,when you were talking to him, davedog and you came to some agreement after you kicked him, that would be helpful information.
