Summary of Bug: Skeleton horses aren't able to have leads attached to them.

Skeleton horses can't jump or climb 1 high blocks (they're stuck to the same Y co-ord.

Evidence of Bug:

Additional information: They can still be tamed and ridden, just not over blocks.

Summary of Bug: So my town is near a bunch of hills and there's always some skeleton horses roaming around. I managed to get my hands on a few but everytime I jump or go over a block it glitches and does the teleport particles and it lags. It's just with the skeleton horses thought not normal ones.

Evidence of Bug:

Additional information: I don't have any evidence because my computer cam is broken and I don't have a recorder. If you need evidence just tell me cause I'll figure it out.
