Selling Gamma Towny Blaze Spawner

Yesterday Joeliath gave me two blaze spawner locations in gamma nether and I only needed one to make a small grinder. I am willing to sell the other one and give permission to the buyer to claim the plots surrounding it even though it is within 3 plots of my blaze spawner location. they are skele, spider, cave spider and a couple others

I also have a blaze spawner..

Well, I bought it for 60k. Perhaps a bit less than that?

 

I will have to talk to my mayor when he is online, but I don't see any issue with that price
