Selling 2 Abandoned Towns - Sunshine and Nysa

Hello! I'm selling 2 abandoned towns I have found. They are both Beta, one is called Sunshine, and most of the houses and buildings are in bad condition and look pretty ugly, however it is cheaper and if you buy you can fix up the place! The other is called Nysa, and it is much nicer and the houses and buildings there are nice and in fair/good condition.

Prices:
Sunshine: Any price between 15-25k of your choice
Nysa: Any price between 45-55k of your choice
