Why we should consider your appeal: Ok let me just start out saying, Thanks for the awesome Birthday present.(today is my birthday). Ok, i probably know this will not be answered within 1 day, so if u dont want to unban me before that, its ok. The reason i was banned was for "inciting spam." Lets get started by saying I have been playing on this server for abour 1, 1/2 years. I have never heard of a ban like this. The fact this upsets me is because i see Metro do it all the time and he doesnt get banned. So now that i got that off my chest, I am sorry for what i have done, but i have to say since this is my 1st ban for this, i think i should of gotten kicked, with a reason why. I dont want to start anything but I liked it back then when mods would KICK you first before they ban you. any ways I know this will probably not be answered in 1 day time, but seriously, this is my first offence doing this and it starts out at a 1 day ban. NOT EVEN A WARNING - MSG - KICK. idk but the mods on this server should give us a chance to know why without banning me. Anyways if you do not unban me, take this into consideration, KICK them first even if it is there 1st Offence. Please consider my ban appeal and unbanning me.

just because you see someone else doing it doesn't mean you should do it.
