    Reason we should consider your appeal: Ok, so I didn't actually chargeback, kind of. PayPal automatically chargebacked their duplicate charge, due to a internet problem. EDIT: Under futher consideration, I do not think I should pay the $20 dollar fee since this was not intentional, I would just like my ban reversed. Please see thread under Donation Help for full info.

    The $20 fee is a Paypal fee, not a MeepCraft fee. When somebody performs a chargeback Paypal charges MeepCraft $20. That is why we ask people to pay the fee.
