Why were you banned? Macro

Why we should consider your appeal: I've had plenty of time to reflect on my mistakes, all consideration given, I believe I've had ample time banned from this server, and would like to give it another go.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I'll write a haiku if need be. (Sorry for two appeals, I mistakenly only included one Ign)
