Portal crashing...

I don't really know if anyone else has this problem but every time i go thru a end portal or nether portal i will crash and cant join the server until a staff member forcefully teliports me out of it and i think is becoming a pretty big issue due to the fact that me or others possibly wont be able to get certain items like end stone or bricks and puts me and or others at a disadvantage so i think it needs to get fixed so we can freely go between both end and nether without crashing so just a suggestion to fix that and possibly somehow to make it ALOT easyer to get Wings(forgot what the thing was called) so people can actualy get them oh
