    Bug: Perk Crate doesn't give me all my perks

    Date of Bug: 9/30/2017

    Summary of Bug: I am missing the perks: Virtual Workbench, Change Time, /nv, /pack, and /rename

    Additional information: I have already opened the perk chest

    /pack is gone due to a bug. but yes you should have the rest of those commands
