@NukeLuke2 , you were banned for unclaiming a town and not giving a warning to the residents that lived there, so they lost their home and items.
You did this on a probation that stated that you would be permed if you harmed any player for your own monetary gain.
Care to explain why you would do this?

 

I thought it u bought a town u could change stuff and if the residents want their plots I can give them it back

 

I am going to deny this appeal.
The reason being, you did not warn these people, nor did you make any attempt in contacting those people. What are they going to do next time they get online?
They will be refunded.
We've given you several chances, including letting you back from a permanent ban with a probation, and you still broke the rules.
You show no signs of being sorry for what you did and all in all, we as the staff team do not feel that we can trust you.

You may appeal in two weeks. Please make sure when you make that appeal, you write out a good one that tells us how we can trust you and such.
