ok wait a minute history of acts against the server??? this is one time and before dienen0 took care because castroifyer called him up and then he saw that it was tricky and that i shouldn't be banned just a way the rules didnt apply. that does not apply. deinen0 personally said that he jumped the gun. i believe castroifyer jumped the gun too

Yes i know it says unappealable but castroifyer has it out for me. I was given no such warning what so ever. Yes i know i took something from a plot in MY town. legocreater2013 (or something i know it has lego___2013) started griefing underneath the town spawn and i did stop him when he was about to tpa out.
(i killed him but gave him all of his stuff back and kept the stuff he had griefed and stolen.) i had quickly gathered up everything else important in the town and demoted him. I then had to go. i was returning everything when phantom came on i quickly addressed to him that legocreater had tried to grief the whole town and castroifyer was already on the case (phantom was on for like 2 minutes and cast came in a snap when my name was mentioned.) i was starting to say that it was my town,my land so lego could not grief and i get to take actions since its my town. I started giving him his stuff.. (i had organized who's was who's in /chest). then with no warning at all i was banned. hey i was returning his stuff. i never wanted to steal anything i wanted to keep lego from stealing griefing. hey and dont close the thread until i am finished please. that is no communication what-so ever. I did not mean any harm please. And there should be no ban if he was getting his stuff protected then returned.

 

Just to start I have a couple questions about the situation.

1. You took items from a plot in your town, who owned the plot?
2. When you toggled pvp did you issue the appropriate warnings?

After you were unbanned the first time, we made the decision that because of your extended ban history, the next ban worthy offense that you committed would result in a permanent ban on your account. You committed TWO highly ban worthy offenses, however you were only banned for the first one. Both matter equally, however.

The first was your robbery of Phantom_Stallion's items. You, for whatever reason, had it in your mind that since it was your town, everything on it was your items. This is not the case in towny. In one of the screenshots I have attached, you can very clearly see you saying "This is my town. This is my land", etc. The proof for that theft is here.

The next was your theft of many beacons in Aragornthe1st's town. This case is much more simple. You simply took the items, and that proof can be seen here.

Even if one of these Thefts is appealed, the other stands, and you will stay perm banned.

 

So Steelduke25 before we think of making a decision on this appeal I would like to hear a little of why you think this is justified so that we might improve on the problems that have been getting you banned.

1st of all Aragornthe1st sold*/traded* the town to me! it wasnt her town and i took it from the Spawn, she is not mayor she does not possess a town.
*Just becuase it was an unsmart trade for the castle does not mean it was her town. becuase it was a mistake. P.S we do not give refunds due to lack of Intelligence (sorry if that sounds mean)

My ADHD and ADD haunts me, keeps me away from the fun.Makes my trying seem like the opposite,ruining everything. I guess this is the only way to make sure everyone has fun. I always knew the equation:
No bad=No good there must be an oppsite for something to exist. And on meepcraft im the opposite, someone who ruins everything. It doesn't matter to people if someone cant help something, they just need someone to blame. but without me there will come another problem. There is no such thing as perfect. Everyone says they want something perfect. is war bad? is winning a war bad? no and yes. Deep down everyone wants something that makes them the prince trying to get to be the king . not to be the king. there is fun fighting with your siblings but is there fun when there is no fighting anymore? Poor people would have more fun with an xbox then a rich person would. I am like that cop from the Lego movie (reference) he is bad on one side but good on the other. People will never understand me just as people will move on as soon. people need to know Understanding is a psychological process related to an abstract or physical object, such as a person, situation, or message whereby one is able to think about it and use concepts to deal adequately with that object.they defeat me and move on,but they wont move on when they get defeated.Departing me is the option to you best opinion through how you feel. My feelings do not matter. I have learned several times.I leave it to my shame, embarrassment, depression, annoyance, and guilt, May i part from here to say my goodbyes,my regrets , my wrong doings, My apologizes.

This is denied, you freely admit you took stuff off someone's property. Regardless of why, you still knew this act was illegal, especially with all the staff visits you'd had lately. You simply cannot take something that does not belong to you, it's illegal and wrong.
