You're accusing me of lying on my own appeal and then deny it without looking into anything. It's so obvious you have some sort of bias against me in the way you handled my appeal and how you didn't give me a chance to even reply.

MattIsAPerson - Ban Appeal

First off, you were the one who banned me, yet were ALSO the person who denied my appeal - which as far as I know, you can't do. You obviously didn't look into the reason, as I hadn't changed the town's or nation's name for weeks before the ban. The ban was originally from @Muunkee for what @inexxer said.

You might call me toxic, or I might not get unbanned, but if you're going to pull some bs on me and hope I don't speak up, good luck to you. Next time I appeal, I hope I get a capable staff of replying.

I was not the one that permed you, but I did ban and warn you a few times before this instance.

You WERE the one that changed the name at the time of your banning, as well as the fact that you had done it several times before, hence the perm.

I hadn't tried logging in since that, except for maybe a week later, and saw I was banned by Muunkee for something along the lines of "no no no don't do that" or something similar. I only appealed for the reason it stated I was banned for.

 

I don't remember being the one that permed and its not on the banistory.. Eh.
The account was used to change town names to several inappropriate things several times, the account was banned.

Now, I have merely a vague idea of when the ban occurred, but I'll do my best of explaining what happened in the time surrounding the ban, both before and after. Initially, I had changed the town name to "islam[sic]_center", and Matt then changed the nation name to correspond (i.e. he made it the same as the town). Matt was the only one who could have changed the name. Currently, I cannot recall a time when he changed the town nor nation name to anything inappropriate, but I will admit that I have a terrible memory when it comes to such brief events, and I can't say that I would put it out of reach for any of us.

However, upon his ban, the nation name was still islam_center, unless he had briefly changed it and then it was simply restored by staff, which I'm not certain occurred. Either way, he was then wiped (which actually led us to believe he was banned for an economic issue. However, never do I actually remember him changing it to anything inappropriate around the time of his ban.

That being said, he was wiped, and the nation went to NPC1 (which isn't an actual player), and then it went to EmsterFundy due to a bug. I'm currently dealing with the wonderful @Courtneyyy to get it back. Nevertheless, I'm just confused as to what Matt actually did around the time of the ban other than calling me "f*****_strikes", which I find irrelevant to the ban reason, but certainly the cherry on top of a possible toxicity ban, which I believe was the original reason.
