Denied My Bann Appeal

Why we should consider your appeal:Hello, I have never hacked-I have clear explinations to why Chaase5 and Iatemyfriends thought I hacked. First off, I would like to see the evidence. Also, I am curious why this is a perm bann opposed to a 1 week bann for "hacking". Here are the reasons Chaase and Iate thought I may have hacked:
1. I was teaming with lion (supreme) ask him if need be
2. I ate a gapple.
3. I have thorns III on my diamond chestplate armor.
4. I click very fast.
5. I put my fov to max.
6. I hit whatever was in front of me since I knew that lion was out.
7. I lagged.
8. Also, Iate claimed that hit particles appeared. Does this happen with thorns? + Lots of non-armor newbs were hitting all of us- You claim that the particles only appear with sharp swords- I have gotten the particles when getting criticals (This is before I turned my particles off).
I hope this does not damage my credibility and I hope this does not turn off to be a Telly bann. Also, I have to point out- there has been a "red scare" of pvp hackers- siruka for example, I believe does not hack. If Siruka hacks than Flamedemond probably also hacks. Also, the ban of Tellinoob was unreasonable as it is evident that he did not hack. I am 99% sure I can explain the reasons why it looked like I hacked. If need be, I can videotape myself with and without hacks kicking butt. Thank you for considering this.

I don't see why the current proof shows anything. Also, the previous proof is invalid as it was denied. I would like to be told where it looks like I'm hacking in the current proof...

Yes, and i have no clue on why my banreq was denied. It had clear evidence, and everyone agreed. I never got any reason for it being denied too.

After reviewing the evidence multiple times, I have concluded that this is hacking. This appeal is denied.
