Why we should consider your appeal: Dear Meepcraft

My 8 yo son (bum_bum_buster) was banned some time back (about a month) for mentioning going to another server. My understanding is that this is an infringement due to advertising another server... taking into account my limited understanding of this process.
I have 3 sons with your server Meepcraft, all of which praise your service highly for it's objectivity and fun factor.
I have spoken with banned son and explained the reason for the exclusion and would kindly like to request that he be given another opportunity to participate in your worlds.
I am making this appeal via another son's account but am happy that any correspondence be forwarded through here.
Likewise if you see fit that i provide another mode of communication just say so.

Cheers for that. I can see that it says he was banned for seven days, but he tells me he still can't get on. Is there something more he needs to do?

Please note the 'needs perm' next to the ban reason. Helpers cannot perm ban, so if we see ads we tempban for 7 days (as long as is possible) and notify a higher-up staff member to complete the perm.

 

Ok I'm totally lost but understand the context.so he may be banned longer by someone other than a helper (yourself). So I have to wait until a determination is made in light of the appeal?

 

You have to wait for a higher-up staff to make a descision, and that may take some time, sorry. I probably shouldn't post here any more, if you have any more questions pm me on forums
