Why were you banned? i insulted the server by calling it dumb, in caps and spamming

Why we should consider your appeal: i am very sorry, it was a while ago, i am a changed man and seek forgiveness.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I will never do anything disregarding the prncipals of this server again.
