Why we should consider your appeal: Hello, I came here to appeal for my permanent ban of luring, to start this off. The only thing I did was "Oh look! Fuzzlr has a town at beta called Fuzzlr lol" Then about 4 players came and I wasn't even waiting for them to go to the wild, I wandered off a bit and saw cristi in the wilderness so I killed him to confuse him a bit to have some lols. But I gave his stuff back because I did not intend to lure or to get stuff. After a bit of some investigating, I got perm banned by Courtneyyy, If ever I did lure, I don't see any point of perm banning me as it was the first time, I promise I won't do it again. I hope you give me a second chance.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Nothing much, I hope you give me a second chance.

Second, Creepercristi has agreed that due to you only losing minor items, that the ban should be 7 days.

Third, if you were to get unbanned, any leading luring offenses within 2 months of the appeal, you will be permanently banned.

Also, I would like to say this, First of. After killing him I gave his stuff back, check logs.
If you want more proof, Go to my town at beta and check the chests. All the items were placed there yet removed due to me giving it back.

As I remembered, he lost about 1 stack of ink sacks & 19 pcs, banners, bone meals, some crap and that's it.

 

I know this is not related but please don't delete it. I would gladly pay back the amount of items that were lost after the offence (Meebles or Items/Tools itself). I also did this offence once but different story. @Deinen allowed me to walk off after I satisfy everyone who died and lost their stuff. We have similarities with our motives "Just for the luls" so I guess we can also offer this to the person/people who died?

 

Misterbacon, I want you to realize why we got here. You asked people in shout to teleport to /t spawn fuzzlr, which the spawn point is literally a single block away from Towny Wild (PVP).

I find it very, very hard to believe you called them there, and killed them a bit after totally not relating to a lure. Additionally you killed Snowy7777 about 15 minutes after.



As you can see, the block I am on is the spawn location. Literally the blocks in front of me are wild. (You then killed them like 6-9 block away from my spot)

 

First of all, I would like to say, I did not kill snowy7777. He was shooting his own self. If you want to know, please ask him.

As I have said, I did not intend to lure and take stuff for my advantage, and yes. I did advertise the town because the name was simply Fuzzlr's own name. I killed CreeperCristi for fun but I gave his stuff back. That is mainly it.

I want you to understand that next time you decide to tell people to warp somewhere, killing them after is not the best idea. Regardless if you intend to lure, you thought of it as luring, etc, we very much consider that action luring.
