Accepted Meepcraft Ban Appeal

I hope this is the right place to put this thread.

So to start out, my IGN is: NovaPixie. I recently got banned from Meep at about 10:25pm at 10/9/15 during when I was playing Infected.
This is what the screen showed me.

The only problem is, I've never hacked in my entire time in Meep or Minecraft experience. For kitpvp, I mostly use the kits with a bow, Archer, Beastmaster, and rarely marksmen. I barely use the melee classes, and when I do I use Squire. I'm assuming I have been reported for having 'Aimbot'. I have never used Aimbot and don't plan on infecting my laptop with a possible virus and fake skills.

Whenever I fight another person there's always arrows scattered everywhere, because I miss about 40% of my shots, meaning I don't have Aimbot. Whenever I use my bow and arrows, I spam, with half pullbacks to full pullbacks on my bow. I hit most of my hits due to having people chasing me, while I'm f5-ing, then suddenly turning backwards and shooting straight, because they chased me while walking straight. I've been playing this kit for about a week and a half already, getting very used to the bow.

I've faced many people with my bowing skills and die almost all the time to very good players, like Pmx, Legendcaleb, Starryknights, Jusmat, HollyLeaf, Avalon, and many other people. My current stats are about 1,700 kills and about 900 deaths. Thats not even a 2x KDR. Another fact that I'm not a hacker is my /Stats. I've killed over 1,000 people, but I haven't gotten banned yet, until now. The fact that if I was an actual hacker, I would of been banned way back. Hacking is extremely obvious, but I can see why I got reported, Aimbot is a different matter. It's hard to tell what is aimbot and what is bow skills in Minecraft. So its extremely hard to tell if someone has very good skills or just aimbot. I'm assuming the person who reported me didn't see a bunch of arrows scattered on the floor and they also weren't very experienced on telling the dfference of Aimbotters and skilled archers (Please don't take this as an offensive comment).

If I was banned to hacks for the little times I use melee, it's probably due to my ping and lag. I get an average of 12-24 MS Ping. I don't like using melee kits because I dislike abusing my ping, and most of the time, I act too rash and die easily.

Another thing is my insane lag (or Eggplant). I play on a laptop. Its a 17t HP Envy, designed to play very high graphic games, but I still lag due to many of my family members playing at the same time. Sometimes, it seems I'm probably teleporting, while my screens shows everyone frozen and me moving perfectly. I can see why people think I'm a hacker due to my teleporting image, but everyone lags once in awhile, and due to more players coming onto Meep, lag has been going on more often.

I really want to get back into Meep so I can play with my friend from IRL. My current account on Meep is a citizen that has about 300,000 Meebles, that I wish to not lose. I was saving up to buy VIP, but suddenly got banned.

I'm sorry to anyone who thought I was hacking, but this appeal was made to say I didn't, so please unban NovaPixie.

 

After reviewing evidence over again with PainCake, we have decided to accept this appeal. There are some signs of hacking, but the proof is not extensive enough for a ban. Please remember that hacking of any sort is a permanent ban with a 100% appeal. If you are caught with sufficient proof, you will be rebanned. You have been added to the watch list.
