What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? I learned that Klutch is an incompetent staff member who abuses his power.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I was warned by him for a joke I made 3 days ago, I mention it to Mia in a joking manner and I get off the topic. 10 minutes later I get banned permanently with the reason "I was warned multiple times" when I only made one joke to Mia and VKL and the ban should have happened as soon as I made the joke, not 10 minutes later. I was never kicked or banned from the Teamspeak before and this is my first time having anything happen to me. This is an unfair ban.
