why we should consider your appeal:
i didnt scam anybody or kick anybody from the town, can you post proof?

Marsmalc [ kicked epic_bacon03's illegally & sold as plot to pyrotechboys for 1,750,000]
Viperfan17 [Teamed with marsmalc & big against PyroT to make plot price higher & then got 500k from the 175000]

"RULE VIOLATION:
SCAMMING & KICKING RESIDENTS
Marsmalc Took epic_bacon03's plot illegally after being offline for 8 days. rules state 12 days of inactivity MAY be a kick. After taking the plots he then sold/auctioned as embassy to pyrotechboys for 1,750,000. Viperfan & Marsmalc teamed up it looks like & viper would bid against PyroT to make the price higher. The whole time Marsmalc & viper would be talking in /msg.

These screens show you teaming up with viper to artificially drive the price of the embassy up to 1.75mil. it also shows you kicking epic_bacon after 8 days against the rules.

Care to explain?

 

Viperfan would have actually paid if pyro did not because viper wanted the house also (just ask him), and you are missing all the local text (\l) too, where more than 3/4 of the conversation happened, those parts explain that pyro was going to pay about 1 mil at first, then pyro said he was going to take it up to 2 mil+ bcus he rly wanted the house. the gist of the msg's between viper and i was that pyro was taking the price way higher than it needed to be, so viperfan were saying he can have it for 2 mil because he offered that price.(when viperfan said "200k i'll pay naything!!", pyro said "thinking of making it 1 mil..."). i paid viperfan (after), because i got him to listen to reason by saying that its a reletivly cheap house and easy to make ourselves becasue he was really mad at me and so was pyro. pyro was telling me to choose between him or viperfan so i chose him after the price was settled. and he was saying that he wanted that house since the beginning etc etc. and it wasnt really an auction, more like an arguement :/. so i didnt want the price going higher because he was my friend. pyro got the plots for cheaper than he offered in the end.
Secondly, i thought the rule for my town was 7 days of inactivity = a kick. am i wrong? and i didnt kick him hes still part of the town if that means anything. i also worked it out with epic_bacon03 afterwards by telling him that he can have some money and some other stuff. who reported me btw? because all of us were fine with the outcome of it all. :/

also epic_bacon03 has been reaching the inactivity limit a lot resulting in a warning point for every time. (3 warning points = eviction) so i believe my kick was valid anyways.

 

thats true. towny rules say 7 days is loos of plots and 14 days is kick. The whole thing was valid

 

False. I checked the town rules & it says 12 days of inactivity may result in loss of plots. But he was only offline for 8 days. So not valid.

 

Marsmalc If you read the pictures i posted its completely obvious you and viperfan intended on bidding against him to drive the price up. You had NO right to kick Epic_bacon off of his plots he wasn't inactive long enough to do so.
This did not happen a month ago either. It happened on the 16th. Literally 7 days ago now.

Yes it says 12 days MAY result in kick or loss of plot. Along the lines of that. He was only inactive for 8 days,

"who reported me btw?" It doesn't really matter who reported you. Point is you broke YOUR own town rules & scammed another player.

 

I've reviewed the evidence on two separate occasions and I clearly see you artificially raising the price of the plot through the act of controlling other players bidding. This is by definition a scam.
Denied.
Please wait out your ban and try not to extort others when trading, it just ruins other people's fun. No one wants that.
